our apartment on the 3rd floor is modern, bright and has all the comforts. the living room is very spacious and cozy thanks to the abundance of light that enters through the large windows. the kitchen is well equipped with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge and a storage room. the apartment has 2 bedrooms of 13m² and 10m². in the large bedroom there is a very comfortable wardrobe. the bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and there is room for a washing machine and dryer. in the entrance hall you will be surprised by a very large and well-equipped wardrobe.
the terrace (9m²) is facing south. for the hottest days you can use a sunshade. a clear asset of our apartment is the air conditioning. because of the southern orientation, the heating costs in the winter are very limited. finally, our apartment has its own large garage with a garage door motor. of course, there is also a communal bicycle room, elevator, etc. in the apartment building.
our apartment is also ideally located. you can go for a walk on the kesselberg or in the provincial domain really nearby. the motorway exit is 500 meters away (but you cannot hear the motorway itself.) and leuven station is less than 3 kilometers away. there are also schools, shops, bus stops, etc. in the area.
