Finally, a compact bathroom with double vanity and a bathtub/shower is flanked by a separate toilet. ⏹️ FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO MOVING IN: Our rental agreement will only take effect upon the completion of the following formalities: N° 1 CONTRACT ✓A rental contract will be forwarded and needs to be signed by the primary tenant. N° 2 SECURITY DEPOSIT ✓ The tenant is requested to settle or pay a security in the amount of 1925€ (one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five euros). N° 3 REGISTRATION: ✓ ALL occupants to provide us with an official government issued photo ID. For EU citizens a copy of a valid ID card is required and for NON-EU citizens a copy of a valid passport is the norm. Additionally the primary tenant is obliged to send us: a) proof of employment: valid employment / last 3 financial statements of your business for self-employed tenants. or b) academic enrolment: valid sign-on certificate or approved internship application ⏹️ OUR SUPPLEMENTS ✓ FULL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: a weekly housekeeping service is included in your rent.
