Finally, a compact bathroom with double vanity and a bathtub/shower is flanked by a separate toilet. ⏹️ FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO MOVING IN: Our rental agreement will only take effect upon the completion of the following formalities: N° 1 CONTRACT ✓A rental contract will be forwarded and needs to be signed by the primary tenant. N° 2 SECURITY DEPOSIT ✓ The tenant is requested to settle or pay a security in the amount of 1925€ (one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five euros).
