Description Hello ! Here at the Other Side, we are looking for a new flatmate starting April the 1st. Our place is located near metro Jacque Brel. Our loft is shared by 3-4 person total , fully furnished ( our cabin is also fully furnished queen size mattress) , full of light, plants and good vibes. Built by artists and shaped over years of creativity, The Other Side is a loft that pulses with life. It’s a space that invites you to rest, to create, and even to dance. Though it has grown softer and calmer over time, the spark of artistic energy is still alive in every room. The loft is just 10 minutes from downtown (or 10 minutes by bike), close to the community garden, and directly across from Marais Biestebroeck, making it easy to enjoy both city life and green spaces. Inside, the loft is bright, open, and full of character, with high ceilings, wooden floors, and a huge industrial wooden door that swings open to the day. Plants fill every corner, the kitchen invites creative cooking sessions and conversation, and the bathroom is a little jungle of greenery. You’ll share the space with myself (I am artist working in the theatre and cinema world), with a young dancer, possibly another creative housemate, and Quentin, my six-year-old son, who brings joy, curiosity, and movement to everyday life. The energy here is welcoming, alive, and calm all at once. The rent is 650€ ( Gaz, electricity, water and wifi included and a magic cleaning lady coming every 15 days). The entrance door opens directly to the outside. The Other Side is in one of the main neighborhoods of Brussels, yet is a very quiet space given the configuration of the property. There is a large empty green lot across the way, which also makes the space very quiet and provides a nice view! 100m from the canal. 9 minute metro ride to downtown ( metro stop Jacques Brel is just 150 meters away). 15 minute bicycle ride to downtown, 40 minute walk along the canal. -WIFI. -Washing machine. -We have towels and bedsheets for you. 650€/month all included As we receive a lot of messages from interested people, please try your best to present yourself fully and accurately when writing your message.
