Je rends ma chambre actuellement en location. LOCALISATION 📍 Rue des Alliés, à deux pas du stade de l’Union, du parc Duden et de Forest et de Forest National. Tram 82 à 2 min, bus à 5-10min. Lidl et Colruyt à 10min, une boulangerie hyper bonne et quelques bars-restos plutôt cool. Le quartier est familial et très agréable! L’APPART 🏠 Il comprend 6 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain privée (douche-lavabo). Au RDC : un grand salon avec une cuisine ouverte lumineuse et toute équipée : lave vaisselle / lave linge + sèche linge / deux frigos / deux congélateurs / beaucoup de placards. Il y a une grande table à manger pour inviter des amis. Il y a également deux chambres et un toilette. Au 1er étage : 4 chambres dont une qui se libere + deux toilettes. Il y a aussi une grande cour à partager avec l’appart voisin mais parfait pour les beaux jours avec une table et même un bar.
