There is a washing machine on ground level in a convenient common (large) storage facility in 2 levels. Also trash collection is sorted there and you can put bikes or steps there (this space is not included in the presented 107 sqm)
 
We live in the same building and can help you in any way.
 
Free as from March 15, 2025. There can be flexibility with the starting date if you prefer to rent earlier than March 15.
 
Included: internet,water, electricity, gas, 2 sets of linen. Excessive use of electricity and gas can be charged.
