little studio - looking for a renter from march 1st 2025 i am renting out my one space studio (20m2) in the botanique era, it is close by metros and buses and only a 10min walk away from both central station and brussel north. the era is calm, close to parcs, supermarkets (big and small), laundry services and shops where you can get affordable local dishes. you can really find everything you want in st josse, from weekly markets, to yearly flea markets, carnaval, sport clubs etc. the studio will be given to you empty (no bed/no desk/no table), but does include a small fridge, boiler and cooking machine. it is on the 2nd floor and there are only 3 (including myself, the owner) people living in the building, because i live downstairs, if there is any issue i am quick to solve it. it was renovated 3 years ago, so everything is pretty new, you would only be the second person to live in it, although the door is a bit old but i can show you how it works (and will repair this later this year). i ask 750 euro monthly, everything included (water, electricity, gas) except for the internet (this you have to foresee yourself). i require: you have a secure job/income (and can prove 3 months of pay) + 2 months guarantee we start with a 6 month contract which we extend if all goes well for both parties. domiciliation possible after this 6 month period. visits will take place sunday 23 february, monday 24th of february, tuesday 25th of february - i am only callable in the day until 20h. priority given to the first 10 people.
