room to rent i am leaving my light filled room in a well renovated duplex. the duplex is in a renovated maison de maitre. you are on the second and last floor. upon arriving you have the kitchen and common area with a toilet on the side. upstairs is equipped with a toilet, a bathroom and your room. the room is very spacious and comes furnished with a bed, desk and a wardrobe. the kitchen is fully equipped. the flat is in the quiet laveu neighbourhood. there is carrefour 5min walks away and a lidl and action 5min away by car. in 5min you can walk to the botanical gardens. the city centre takes 15min to reach on foot. the train station is 15min on foot so it is very accessible. currently you would share the flat with brecht, a 34 year old history and english teacher who is currently working as an educator for underprivileged kids. brecht is quiet and very easy to live with. when he is not working he likes to repair bikes, hang out with his friends and go on hikes and bike rides. your second flatmate will be patricia. from the philippines she is 26 years old and works as a plane engineer at the liège airport. patricia is quiet and very easy to live with. both flatmates are very clean and tidy and respectful of one another. don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions and would like to arrange a visit of the flat.
