One room Available in shared house for progressive people from 1st of July for 650 € (minimum rental 6 months): 🌈We are looking for new housemates not just to live next to each other but together. 💫 We are not a commune haha but our coloc has the following spirit: We share occassional dinners, brunches, do walks or drawing sessions. While we respect when someone needs their own space we expect a certain degree of initiative when it comes to creating a sense of togetherness in the coloc (eg. showing initative via organising a game night etc. ). 🌍✊Julia & Ralf are working on environmental and social topics in the poltical bubble - hence we do look for people that align with progressive, leftist, queerfriendly(... woke;) values. While we are happy to welcome people working outside the political bubble, obviously! 🛏️The rooms are located on the second floor of our house (no lift), they come furnished, complete with beds, wardrobe, large desk, and plenty of storage space. Shared bathroom(with one more person): shower, toilet, sink. There is also a washing machine in the basement. 🏡The set-up of the house is quite special: You can imagine a multi-apartment building where there is the landlord's apartment downstairs (we run into each other once a week or so) and in the first floor a pottery atelier and an office that we share the kitchen & eating room with (they only work in there on Tuesdays - if at all). The next floor would be the two available rooms (each ca. 20m2 big) with one shared bathroom, and one more floor up there are the rooms of Julia & Ralf (sharing another bathroom). So that means plenty of space for individual and common areas including a terrace and rooms for drawing sessions, big brunches (we had one with 15! people), or dancing classes ;). 🛋️The Kitchen will become a kitchen & living room soon! Feel free to bring some ideas. 💶650€ per month including everything. ☀️Enjoy summer with us, living right next to the beautiful Josaphapark! The location Avenue Paul Deschanel, 1030 Schaarbeek. Right next to beautiful Josaphapark, close to Bus 59, 56, 66, 65 & Tram 25, 62 connections and 20 minutes walking to Train stations. Plenty of supermarkets (Aldi! ), small shops, and cafés around.
