furnished 1 bed with garden i’m looking to sublet my furnished one-bedroom flat with a garden for about 4 months, starting from the beginning of july (dates are flexible). the flat is located on the raised ground floor of a charming maison de maître, right on the corner of the beautiful place du châtelain, there are 3 other flats in the house and a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer. it features a living room with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom overlooking the garden, a shower room with a window, and a separate toilet. the south-facing garden is very private and peaceful — a rare find in the heart of châtelain. the charges include the heating, water, electricity and internet. there is currently a cleaning aid that comes every two weeks which we can discuss to keep or not. the flat is very comfortable for a single person, and could work for a couple that doesn't need too much storage for clothes. no smoking and no pets allowed (sorry)
