Furnished Room for Sublet in Schaerbeek (Brussels) I'm subletting my lovely furnished room in a beautiful shared house in Schaerbeek (Rue Emmanuel Hiel 39, right next to Parc Josaphat). The room is bright and cozy, featuring a beautiful window seat, a 140 cm bed, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is shared with only two other housemates. The house itself is spacious and has a great atmosphere. There is a large dining room, a living room with a projector, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with a BBQ. Around 10 people live in the house, but because it's so large, it never feels crowded. The housemates are friendly, international, and respectful. The rent is €850 per month, all inclusive. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning of the common areas (including bathrooms and toilets), coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and other shared household essentials.
