In addition to this beautiful private flat, you can enjoy, if you want, a beautiful common space on the first floor to share in co living with the other occupants of the house. The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team. A spacious common area and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, lockers that you can privatize. There is too a lounge area with a TV and a little kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and a soda stream. You can share an aperitif watching TV. In the common area as in each room, you have wifi. In addition you have access to the terrace and the garden and a laundry room and a common cellar. Convenient and flexible, for a minimum of 3 months or more. Everything is included in your basic rent and charges (175€): with WIFI and TV, electricity, water and gas. All common areas are cleaned weekly by our team.
