Adjacent to this space is a contemporary dining area, ready to host your culinary delights. The apartment also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a clean, minimalist design, and plenty of workspace. All necessary cookware and utensils are provided for your convenience, setting the stage for your culinary adventures. The living room effortlessly leads into the sleeping space. With a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and modern style, our apartment serves as an ideal base for your immersive Brussels journey. We aim to provide a comfortable and seamless stay for our guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay! Guest Access: Guests are afforded complete and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. This encompasses the open-plan living, dining area, 2 bedrooms, the bathroom, as well as the fully-equipped kitchen. Every part of the apartment is exclusively yours to use, offering you a private sanctuary in the heart of the city. Self check- in anytime after 4pm. Scheduled early check-in and late check-out at 1 PM can be arranged, subject to availability and an additional fee. Other Things to Note: This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only. A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions. This is just a precautionary measure to ensure that you have sufficient funds in case of any unforeseen damages during your stay. Please don't worry, as this won't be an actual charge on your card but rather a pre-authorization. We'll send you a payment link with all the necessary information to make the deposit 2 days prior to your stay. If your stay is less than 2 days away, we'll send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
