Description Les charges ne sont pas incluses dans le prix du loyer (135€ de charges) et comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison. N'hésitez pas à m'envoyer une demande de réservation avec une courte description de vous (occupation, age, nationalité etc) et j'accepterai votre demande avec plaisir si vous correspondez à la colocation. Nous vous envoyons le contrat juste après la réservation sur la plateforme et vous avez 48h pour le lire et nous le renvoyer signé. Nous nous réservons le droit d'annuler la réservation si nous ne recevons pas le contrat à temps.
