It was renovated recently. There are multiple studios in the building, so I am asking you to respect the peace and quiet of the residents, no parties or loud music. I am also looking for someone who is responsible and used to keeping their living space clean. There is everything you need (bed and bath linen, kitchen utensils,...) and also enough closets and shelves for you to use. There is no AC, no oven, no drying machine, no bicycle storage.
