Our flat is completely new and renovated. In total, there are 4 rooms. We have a great atmosphere in our collocation; we are living together, one doctor from Belgium, one journalist from Ireland and one Business Development manager from France. We have a great, cozy, and sunny balcony also. -We have a great atmosphere in our collocation; we are living together, one doctor from Belgium, one journalist from Ireland, and one Business Development manager from France. Super international, super cozy, and positive vibes-only mentality. We respect each other’s calmness and quietness as well. House rules: Cleaning, No pets, No Smoking, No party in the house to respect others. -Landlord lives on the property. - 36 Schuman / Konkel Bus stop is In front of the Flat.
