furnished apartment in the vibrant south the renovated apartment is located in a beautiful and characteristic mansion, on the 3rd floor. the house is located in the heart of the hip and trendy district 'zuid'. in the area you will find numerous restaurants, bars, museums, schools and shops within walking distance. however, the house is located in such a way that we enjoy the peace (and no noise from the nightlife or traffic). in addition, you are directly on the ring and highway, so you are quickly out of the city. the apartment has windows at both the front and back, and is therefore very light. the space has a large living room and bedroom, a separate kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. in addition, there is a large terrace on the south side. the apartment is fully furnished including towels, bed linen, plates, kitchen utensils, etc. there is also a bicycle shed in the basement. the monthly costs of the apartment are 125 euros per month including use of the communal washing machine and dryer but excluding gas and electricity for the use of the apartment. for the latter we ask a provision of 75 euros and the actual costs will be settled annually or at the end of the contract.
