fully furnished flat to rent (march - august) we’re temporarily relocating abroad and are renting our amazing flat during that period. it is located in the vibrant neighborhood “het zuid” close to the marnixplaats in a one-way street. the flat has multiple floors and is composed as following: - fully-equipped kitchen (you even get to use my kitchen aid!) - dining room - living room, which also contains a corner office. - 2 bathrooms (one with bath + shower, other shower only). - 1 separate toilet (the other toilet is in the 2nd bathroom). - master bedroom (with a 2-meter wide bed). - dressing room (which can be turned into a 1-person bedroom, if needed). - a washing machine / dry machine and storage place. - a cosy bar :-) - 2 terraces (with terrace furniture and a ceramic-bbq!) - office with library (you can read my 500+ books if you wish). it also has a 2-person extendable bed frame. - another room with a cosy sofa, a small desk and a rowing machine concept 2! the flat is only for rent fully furnished. you can use our towels, bedsheets, etc. it is located on the top-floor of a 3-floor townhouse and there is a lift + a place dedicated for bikes. renting price excludes utilities and other costs 350€ (water, internet, gas and electricity, building fees etc). note that we can be a bit flexible on the dates.
