1 room studio of 38 m² in Mont-Saint-Guibert

This studio is for rent. It is simple for 1 person only, attached to my house. Louvain-la Neuve is easily accessible by bike and the bus stops is a few meters away. There are two food shops nearby (organic and classic). I am looking for a well educated student, young worker or lady that is also willing to work in the house a few hours a week (work,, time and remuneration to be discussed and agreed).
