I am renting out my one space studio in the Botanique era, it is close by metros and buses and only a 10min walk away from both Central station and Brussel North., The era is calm, close to parcs, supermarkets (big and small), laundry services and shops where you can get affordable local dishes. You can really find everything you want in St Josse, from weekly markets, to yearly flea markets, carnaval, sport clubs etc., The studio will be given to you empty (no bed/no desk/no table), but does include a small fridge and cooking machine. It is on the 3nd floor and was renovated 3 years ago. I ask 760 euro monthly, everything included (water, electricity, gas) except for the internet (this you have to foresee yourself)., For you to have a chance for this nice spot, I require:, - you have a secure job/income (and can prove 3 months of pay), - 2 months guarantee, - I’m looking for a calm, reasonable and friendly person (ideal for a student), - an typical insurance must be made for the space (in case of fire), We start with a 6 month contract which we extend if all goes well for both parties. Domiciliation is only possible after this 6 month period, if all goes well., Visits will take place friday 28 march and saturday 29th, priority will be given to those who answer first., I am only accepting calls during the day time until 8pm.
