Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Brussels

Hi there!

After nearly 3 years in Guildes House, I’ll be leaving the household and relocate abroad. My room will be available as of January 1st, 2025.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Josse, within walking distance of European institutions, the subway, many bus stops and shops. The household currently consists of 8 people including me. We are aged between 25 and 43 year old. Our common language at home is English as we come from Italy, Spain, Greece, Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Lithuania.

You would be moving into room #7, which is on the top floor of the house. The room is 24m2 and furnished. Common spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a study room, a garden and a laundry room. The rent covers all charges (electricity, water, gas, internet), as well as a weekly cleaning budget for the common spaces. The monthly rent amounts to 794€ all included.
