classical 1920s apartment in the city of brussels a very nice apartment in the building from 20s. the apartment is atypical - suitable for 1-2 persons - to have a comfort living. the apartment will be rented fully furbished and is ready to live in. its location is very convenient - proximity of athrine, tour and taxis and metro/tram/bus routes gives decent flexibility to travel. the building has a backyard where we keep bicycles. the apartment was fully renovated some 10 years ago and all is fully functional. years ago the floors were renewed, refreshed. the new windows keep the warm and also help to insulate the noise from the streets. i am looking for a long term rental person/s who will fit well within the neighbours - we are all very nice people here :)
