Supermarkets, public transportation and other nice lunch and coffee bars are just a few minutes walk away., The apartment is located on the 22nd floor which provides a beautiful view over the park and the "Nieuw Zuid". From noon until sunset the apartment enjoys lots of sunlight. One enters the apartment through an entrance hall with checkroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room with plumbing for a washing machine and dryer.
