Our apartment is located across the street from the Brugmann Hospital and walking distance to 4 parcs and forests. It's a wonderful location for sports lovers and people that enjoy nature., It is a very calm neighborhood, the front of the building facing the hospital and the back towards green gardens. It has sunlight both in the morning and the afternoon. The view if beautiful, with linden trees in front of the livingroom and small bedroom windows, and these quiet, well taken care of gardens visible from the big bedroom, kitchen and the terrace., We renovated everything in the past 8 years, making sure we choose only qualitative materials: massive oak floors, massive wood doors, double glazing windows, "back to brick" refurbishment of walls and ceilings, electricity, heating, etc., The photos include furniture, the apartment can be rented with some of it if needed (couch, washing machine, 1 bedroom dresser), they are stored in the building. The living room includes a large built-in dressing., The apartment is located in a quiet building, the neighbors are very nice too. The community has recently invested in an improved elevator and electricity system., At the ground floor, the cave is spacious (we had a freezer and also 2 bikes in there) and has a window, there is no humidity or risk of flood., In front of the building we have a parking space that can't be blocked by any other car because the street in front has no side parking., It is truly the perfect place to call home!
