It is located near Park Spoor Noord and the Slachthuis site (the future hotspot) in a low-traffic street., We prefer to start with a 1-year rental period, but this can certainly be extended afterwards. The rent starts at €1,200 per month, excluding utilities (electricity, heating, water). Oh, and some furniture can stay (piano, sofas, desk, plants, etc.), which can be part of the arrangement.
