Your main residence stays in your home country. This is not a hotel, but a private home where you can enjoy a safe, friendly, and cultural experience. Note: The regional administration may claim a small tourist tax (~4 EUR/night or 120 EUR/month). Close to parks, shops, and restaurants. 25 min to Grand-Place, 20 min to EU institutions, 25 min to ULB/VUB, 20 min to Zaventem Airport. 5 min walk to metro line 6 and tram 7. Bike rentals nearby. 🏡About Me & Who I’m Looking For: I’m retired, international, and love meeting students from around the world. I speak French, English, Italian, Spanish, and understand Dutch and German. I enjoy arts, travel, cycling, and sharing cultural experiences. I give preference to students who: ✔ Want a home-like stay rather than a hotel ✔ Are respectful, tidy, and open-minded ✔ Appreciate interaction and cultural exchange You will live on the 2nd floor (private bedroom, living area, bathroom). Although I have a degree in sociology and Master in Demography, I currently write novels. Guests usually stay on the 2nd floor, while I live on the 1st floor. The ground floor (entrance, kitchen, garden) is shared. I have a small dog, Titus, who will welcome you warmly.
