The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment. The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. Long stay gives discount. The listed price is for short contracts. More than 1 person from start contract: +50 euros/months/person excluding utilities. If second person is not from start, 25% of the rent on monthly bases, or 10€/night for occasional guest The other optional cost of 35€/month is the tax on furnished renting imposed by the commune.
