Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes. The additional fee of 35€ in the description corresponds to the tax on furnished rental. 9 to 12 months rentals: +20% More than 1 person: +50 euros/months excluding utilities.
