Compensation: 43,4 euro per day (80% for the apartment and 20% for the furniture) + 3 euro citytax per person per night
MINIMUM stay: 1 month, no domicile

Weekly freshening up of the room of maximum 30 minutes. With the exception of periods of illness and leave/holiday and/or in cases of force majeure. The guest can not choose the moment of cleaning. Beds are never made. Cleaning dishes is not included.
Extra cleaning session can be requested at 30 euro/hour.
Fresh bed linen and towels can be provided every two weeks at an additional cost of 20 euros per package (1 set of sheets + 2 pillowcases + 2 large towels + 2 small towels)

Guarantee/deposit: 1000 euro


Parking off-site (if available): 100 euro per month
