The common fully equipped kitchen has an oven, a microwave, 4 cooking plates, a coffee machine, a kettle, a soda stream, a mixer, a blender, a toaster, a raclette machine, what more could you want? It is completely furnished and equipped. Of course wifi is available in the whole house. EDELWEISS 4 floor 60m2 apartment with a double bed, a desk, a clothes cupboard, a shower and toilet, and a big living room with a kitchen. In addition to this beautiful private space, you will enjoy a magnificent common space to share in coliving with the other occupants of the house. The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team. 1.250€ + 200€ charges ( charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV and cleaning of communal areas ) For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 20% for a rental of 3, 4 or 5 months.
