apartment type maison de maître i am leaving my beautiful maison de maître type apartment which is located avenue des villas, in saint gilles. you've got the parc right next door, and you're just a few minutes' walk from café mayabro, la biche, café la pompe, bar du matin but also restaurants liesse, little appo, 2 sans 3 etc. you're also more or less a 20-minute walk from place chatelain/avenue de bailli and gare du midi. the horta and albert streetcar stations are a 5-minute walk away, as is the lemonnier stop on streetcar 81. not far away, you'll also find a number of buses. so very well served! personally, i love this area! the apartment is 80 m2, is rented furnished and is located on the second floor of an old mansion. can be used as a 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms flat. it comprises a kitchen (south-facing), a separate toilet, a bathroom with italian shower, a living room, a large bedroom (approx. 20 m2) with large built-in closets on either side of a magnificent marble fireplace. this room can also be used as a second living room (as you can see on the photos), a small bedroom (the bed fits into this room - as on the photos), a storage room, a large cellar. the staircase is spacious, and you can leave your bike if needed.
