the apartment is located on the second floor of a charming townhouse and can be reached by stairs. the rooftop terrace, however, is on the third floor and is equipped with the necessary terrace furniture/lounge set. the bedrooms are located on either side of the apartment, providing some privacy between the two rooms. one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and an integrated storage area for a washing machine. the second bathroom is located next to the other bedroom. the kitchen and living area are centrally located in the apartment. additionally, the kitchen is fully equipped with all comforts.
on weekends, you can have lunch at charlie's, grab a coffee in the morning at revista, and head to marnixplaats for drinks. in this fantastic setting, near the museum of fine arts, you'll find this lovely apartment. furthermore, it is located on coquilhatstraat, one of the quietest (one-way) streets in 't zuid!
